• Be careful of spammers . ALWAYS be sure to verify that ads are legitimate especially if persons are advertising from out of Antigua and Barbuda. It is always wise to follow-up with a telephone call just to make sure. Just As Good As New makes every effort to keep spammers from putting up bogus ads on our web site however for the few that may slip through do be on your guard.
• Include prices. That is, if you are offering a service, have a house for rent, selling something - anything, put the price. If your price is a range, you can put the range in your description and your desired price in the price section.
• All Prices are considered Eastern Caribbean (EC) currency unless otherwise stipulated. If the price for your item is US or Euro, make sure you say so.
• No profanity
• No sexually explicit images
• No Duping - that is, the same user cannot have multiple accounts.
• No Duping - that is, the same ad should not be displayed in different sections. Yes, that includes reworded ones as well.
• No Swamping - Let\'s say that you are selling your fridge, stove, TV, microwave, and couch; all you need to do is put up one ad and list all of them with their separate prices and upload their images. Trust us, there is enough space for both text and images.
• No Bumping - that is, do not create an ad then some time later delete it only to put it back up again just so that you can be in the top 10 list. If this is noticed or reported your account will be suspended.
• No Piracy - If you are offering something for sale, it MUST be something that you own or are legally authorised to sell. By posting items for sale or barter on this site, you have stated that you are legally authorised to carry out such action and Just As Good As New and its owners are not liable in any way if such is not the case.
• No user-names that will be considered offensive (It\'s OK, we\'ll be the judge of that)
• No advertisements of selling or bartering or any other form of any type of exchange or giving or receipt of anything that is considered illegal in the state of Antigua and Barbuda or in any part of the known galaxy.
